For a moment, forget all the nicknames and phrases. Overlook the seemingly countless championships and tournaments he has won. Ignore the fact that he has led two of the most important factions in WWE history and exceeded what experts consider the end of his career because of injuries. You only need two words to sum up adequately Triple H: The Game.
Strong words, especially when you consider that the King of Kings was once a boy of just 61 kilos tall born in Nashua, New Hampsire. But when he was given a subscription for a week in a small local gym one summer day in the life of this young lanky 14-year-old changed forever. The next three years were spent almost locked in the gym, developing every muscle in your body and transforming himself into a man of six feet and over 100 kilos.
He entered - and won - numerous regional bodybuilding competitions, including the prestigious title of New Hampshire teenagers at 19. However, as he himself admits, "I never seriously considered becoming a pro bodybuilder ... My dream was to WWE, World Wrestling Entertainment."
He enrolled in the school of professional wrestling Walter "Murderer" Kowalski in Malden, Massachusetts. The future "Murderer Brain" trained four days a week under the "tutelage of tough love" Kowalski, which was divided between their struggle on the independent circuit on weekends, and managing Gold’s Gym in Nashua. However, almost inconceivably, had to fly to Atlanta in 1993 to convince the then Vice President Eric Bischoff that he was "good enough" to join the World Championship Wrestling.

Fortunately, the unlimited potential he showed at the World Cup to be done quickly notice World Wrestling Entertainment, in May 1995, "Hunter Hearst Helmsley" (a name which soon became a much more identifiable as Triple H) would make his debut in WWE. And the rest, as they say, is history.
More than 20 years after it went in that small Nashua gym, Triple H maintains the strict regimen of training and has incorporated techniques of fitness trainers like Charles Glass fame. That dedication has given him the strength to become a Grand Slam champion, the wisdom to guide the "evolution" of the then newcomers Randy Orton and Batista to the cast of stars in the WWE, the charisma of a star in films, television series and commercials, and countless resist making jokes about Mr McMahon as a founder of Generation X. And that is precisely what makes him "that damn good."
In 2009 he returned to what it was in the WWE. Got the belt WWE Champion at No Way Out, February 15, 2009. On April 26 he lost the belt to Randy Orton at Backlash 2009.
